1. About These Terms
Welcome to Salon Three Five. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings and services. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to these terms.
Please read them carefully before making your booking. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
2. Bookings & Appointments
Bookings are automatically confirmed upon completion of the booking process. However, we reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking that does not fit our policies or availability.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or, in some cases, cancellation of your appointment.
3. Deposits & Payment
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be taken at the time of booking.
Full payment for your service is required before your appointment begins. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
Booking fees are non-refundable unless we cancel your appointment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.
If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice (a 'no-show'), your booking fee will not be refunded.
5. Refunds
Once a service has been completed, we do not offer refunds. This is because time, products, and expertise have already been invested in delivering your service.
If you have any concerns about your service, please refer to our satisfaction policy below.
6. Consultations & Patch Tests
Some of our services require a consultation form to be completed before your appointment. You will be informed if this applies to your booking.
Certain treatments may also require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. This is for your safety and is a non-negotiable requirement.
If you fail to complete any required consultation or patch test, we may not be able to carry out your service and your booking fee may be forfeited.
7. Health & Safety
Clients should be fit and well for their appointment. If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your booking.
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect your treatment. This information helps us keep you safe and deliver the best possible service.
8. Your Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment.
We will gladly assess your concern and, where appropriate, offer a correction or adjustment.
9. Your Privacy & Data
We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
Your data will only be used to manage your bookings and provide our services to you. We will never share your information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to bookings made after the update.
